Aegex CEO Speaks at ADIPEC 2019 about IoT Protecting Assets and Improving Safety in Oil & Gas

Abu Dhabi, UAE (Nov. 12, 2019) – Aegex Technologies CEO Thomas P. Ventulett gave a presentation about how Internet of Things (IoT) technologies can improve safety and asset integrity during a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) technical session on Nov. 12, 2019, at the annual ADIPEC conference, the Middle East region’s largest oil and gas event.

Ventulett presented, “Protecting Assets, Protecting People: Exploring IoT Solutions to Drive Improved Asset Integrity and HSE Performance in Oil & Gas.” The presentation described Aegex’s testing of intrinsically safe, mobile IoT and digital solutions to prove its theory that these technologies could help improve safety and ensure better asset performance by enhancing communications and data management in hazardous areas of oil and gas operations.
