Aegex to Demo Joint Solution at Offshore Europe 2019
Aberdeen, UK (August 27, 2019) – Aegex Technologies has enabled their NexVu intrinsically safe, wireless, IIoT sensors to communicate directly with the OSIsoft PI System™.
The PI System is used by industrial customers worldwide to connect people, sensors and systems to optimize their critical operations. Integrating real-time data collected by NexVu intrinsically safe IoT sensors in hazardous areas allows safe viewing of the data in PI Vision™ on aegex10 Intrinsically Safe Tablets anywhere in an offshore operation, providing actionable insights that help improve processes.
Aegex will demonstrate the joint solution at Stand 1AB53 during the upcoming Offshore Europe 2019 exhibition, 3–6 September, in Aberdeen, UK. Aegex will be taking orders for the NexVu Developers Kit during the event. The NexVu Dev Kit is for demonstration and testing purposes only.

NexVu is an intrinsically safe certified modular sensing array that collects real-time data to feed into the PI System or other cloud-based analytics platform.
